I'll start with some of the Americas casualties:

Squadron Leader Donald JEREMIAH (40395) - the Western Mail of January 17th 1944 reported that he died of fever in Nassau in the Bahamas.

Leading Aircraftman David Thomas RUSTAGE (1481251) - ADM 104 records that he died at Great Sound, Bermuda, due to drowning.

Leading Aircraftman Robin Arthur Percivall POTT (1605291) - the Andrews Newspaper Index on ancestry.co.uk has an entry for him, which records that he died at Carberry, Manitoba, due to pneumonia.

Flight Lieutenant Andrew William FRASER - a family tree on ancestry.co.uk records that he had been ill for a year, and died of peritoneal carcinomatosis and carcinoma of lymph nodes and cheek.

    Aircraftman 1st Class Glyn HARRIES (1315784) - from https://www.wwwmp.co.uk/glamorgan-me...-ww2-memorial/

Glyn Harries, Aircraftman 1st Class, 1315784, Royal Air Force. Glyn was the son of Thomas and Katherine Harries, of Pontarddulais, and the husband of Reta P. Harries, of Guelph, Canada, who he had met and married while serving in Canada. He enlisted into the Royal Air Force, and was sent to Canada to train with the Empire Air Training Scheme. Glyn was killed when his plane crashed* in Canada on 6 March 1944. He was 22 years old, and is buried at Guelph (Woodlawn) Cemetery, Canada.

*HOWEVER: see posts 4, 5 and 6 below from Dennis and Malcolm.

Leading Aircraftman Dewi Wyn WILLIAMS (1530117) - the Canada War Graves Register (Circumstances of Casualty) records that he died of natural causes at Toronto.

Flight Sergeant Aled WILLIAMS (1681115) - the Canada War Graves Register (Circumstances of Casualty) records that he drowned in a boating accident at Dorval.

Aircraftman 1st Class Sydney DESMOND (1154956) - the Canada War Graves Register (Circumstances of Casualty) records that he died due to pulomnary TB.

Leading AircraftmanJames POLLOCK (1890535) - a family tree on ancestry.co.uk records his name as James Santiago Pollock, born Buenios Aires, Argentina, but died at Stoke Mandeville.

And on to the Poles, courtesy of the Polish Heritage Society. First batch:

Kapral Stefan KACZMAREK (P/782195) - he died when the tractor he was driving across the runway at Predannack was struck by a taxying aircraft.

Szeregowiec Jozef MISIEJUK (P/783917) - died at Edinburgh Hospital, no further details. However the Statutory Deaths Register on the Scotland's People website has some more detail, and it records that he died at the Paderewski Hospital due to atrophia hepatis acuta flava [acute liver failure], from which he had been suffering for 15 days.

Starszy Szeregowiec-Podchorazy Walenty GRABSKI - no details, but the National Probate Calendar records that he died at Gallowhill Hospital, near Morpeth.

Starszy Sierzant Jozef WOASEWICZ - should this be 782784 Josef WOLASEWICZ, killed in an air raid on Faldingworth on March 4th, not 14th?

    https://listakrzystka.pl/en/wolasewicz-jozef/

Podpulknownik Bohdan KLECZYNSKI (P/0054) - the PHS has a very detailed entry for him:

He served successively in the 12th and 61st Infantry Regiments. In the years 1925–26 he attended a pilot course at the Pilot School in Bydgoszcz. After completing the course, he remained at school and served as a pilot instructor and lecturer. In the years 1931–1933 he studied at the Higher Military School in Warsaw. Through Hungary he went to France, from where he was evacuated to Great Britain. After training on equipment British served in 305 Sqn of the "Wielkopolska Region" performing a combat tour. He commanded this squadron from April 4 to August 9, 1941. Due to poor health, he was transferred to the Air Force Inspectorate. On February 13, 1942, he was released from aviation. In March 1942, he was appointed an air attaché at the Polish Embassy in Washington. After returning to the UK, he was head of science at the Peebles College of Aviation. He died at the Paderewski Hospital in Edinburgh after a road accident.

Kapral-Podchorazy Wladyslaw Karol MICHON (P/705622) - killed in Tiger Moth T6268, which crashed near Hucknall.

Aircraftman 1st Class Glyn HARRIES (1315784)

His Circumstances of death card from CWGC on ancestry I'm nearly sure says Chronic TB. Not an aircraft crash. He was with 33 ANS.

Everything on the caed except cause of death is neatly typed! The death is very feint

I wonder Simon, if i find more on Harries, and he wasnt killed in a crash and I can get them to edit their website, should you edit the text you copies above? It might end up being a contracdictory statement the our grandkids will fight over in future.

    Hi Simon

Aircraftman 1st Class Glyn HARRIES (1315784) - According to his Casualty Card he died from pleural shock due to chronic tuberculosis, not a flying accident.

Leading Aircraftman Dewi Wyn WILLIAMS - died in Christie Street Hospital from sulfathiazola poisoning
