    Hugh McCulloch Montgomerie 1107082, a cook attached to Number 3226 SCU , was fatally wounded in an air raid on Lentini West when wounded in the stomach by AP bomb shrapnel when he left cover under a truck to check a reported unexploded bomb, dying in the ambulance on route to a field hospital

    Both attached to Number 121 SP, were killed when Percival Proctor Z 7221 crashed at La Foret de Hez-Froidmont. Their bodies were removed to the US 48th general hospital

    Leslie Albert Brown 1880252 became seriously ill with an illness of an unknown type whilst in transit to India aboard the MS Dunnottar Castle, being disembarked at Toloun on 18th July. After his death in hospital at 17:00 hours on 3rd August, his funeral was held at the English church in Marseilles on 6th August at 15:00 hours before his burial at 15:30 hours. The RAF flew family members our from the UK before his death.

    Leslie Gough 1088200 , attached to Number 103 SP, died in Number 43 general hospital at 17:45 hours of mastoditis and a brain abscess

    John Patrick O'Neill 1085325 , was seriously wounded by a direct shell hit on a gun post he was manning at 18:00 hours on 10th February. He was admitted to Number 21 Canadian general hospital where he died two days later at 08:50 hours

    James Robert Ryder 1036900 , attached to Number 424 AFAP, was seriously injured in a road accident in Dieppe on 14th October, dying in 123 general hospital at Arques-la-Bataille
