    Thomas Cain 533372 , attached to S Flight of number 72 Wing was badly burned and blinded in an air attack at St. Thelier, 14 miles east of Vernon on 14th May. He was admitted to Vernon hospital but died of his wounds. Sadly he was unidentified until 1954 and was originally commemorated on the Runnymede memorial

    Robert Watson Lloyd 841768 , attached to 903 Squadron, became dangerously ill on 13th September and was admitted to the Southern hospital, Dartford, where he died of neoplastic disease of the great omentum

    Before:
    115,593 records (94.41%) are "Accounted for". 99,697 are aviation. 15,895 are non-aviation deaths. 6,841 are still unaccounted.
    After:
    115,669 records (94.47%) are "Accounted for". 99,698 are aviation. 15,971 are non-aviation deaths. 6,765 are still unaccounted.

    Robert Joseph Redmond 528107 , was taken seriously ill on 1st November and was admitted to 2/10 general hospital. Becoming dangerously ill, he was transferred to a hospital ship where the he died on board of pulmonary and abdominal tuberculosis and was buried at sea

    married man might be released, and was subsequently killed. This drama has been revealed ...
    by Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Vosper, of Nutley, Crawford-road. Stoke, who have been informed of the
    death of their youngest son, Mr. Ronald Graham Vosper, serving as radio engineer with the' R.A.F.
    on an African station. Aircraftman Vosper, who was 19, was educated at Ford School and at Johnstonterrace School,
    later joining his father's radio business in Russell-street. He was home on leave in March prior to volunteering.
    He was well known in Plympton area as a footballer, .
