This Information was obtained from a GRO death certificate purchased by myself as there was no cause of death stated in his records.
Baker is the penultimate RAF Airman to be accounted for in 1939-1940. 1940 now only has 4 unaccounted Airmen worldwide:
Hashim 785703 , a locally enlisted RAF Airman in the Middle East has so far proved impossible to locate any information on, and also :
Ninnis 78575
West 787837
Hungerford 103683
All 3 being SAAF Airmen who have also so far proved untraceable are the final unaccounted remaining from 1939-1940
