    Hello All,
    www.forces-war-records.co.uk presentation on-screen is different?
    What have they done?
    Or is it me?

    Sorry Peter, I for one cant help, I didnt subscribe having been told that there was little of use there when I already have Ancestry, Find My Past and of course Air of Authority and Fold3.
    Does it have anything useful ?

    The one bit that is useful in FWR is their digitsation of the AIR78 cards at https://www.forces-war-records.co.uk...n-1918-to-1975 which makes it a bit useful..

    The vast majority of the information contained on FWR is already in the public domain, or available on other subscription sites; they have just brought it under the scope of a single search engine. Useful for some I suppose, but I refuse to pay for everything that is out there, and Ancestry and the BNA are of much more benefit to me.

    Never found it useful, for the same reasons as already mentioned, so cancelled sub a few years back. Currently paying over 500 pa on various online subs and that is excluding entertainment sites, like Netflix, Prime and Disney.
