    BOLTON, William James (Bill) - AC2 - He was serving with No 85 Sqn as the Adjutant's driver and was killed during a German attack on Lille-Vendeville

    BUCKLEY, Miller Fillmore - P/O - He was serving in London with Maintenance Command when he died following surgery.

    SINGAPORE
    GULER, William David - F/Lt - 23107 - his surname is Guyler, and he was a dentist. Recorded as 'Died on Active Service' in Casualty Communique No. 32 in Flight Magazine, June 6th 1940.

    William David Guyler 23107, a dental officer attached to RAF Seletar , became seriously ill on 16 January and was admitted to Singapore general hospital suffering from an internal obstruction which was later diagnosed as colon cancer, from which he died
