    Default 21 m .r .s

Just reading through the Casualty Pack (AIR81/9290) for when my Grandfather, Sgt H.Lord, was wounded. His aircraft was attacked by ME109's during a bombing raid near Bardia on 27th September 1941 and he sustained serious injuries. The aircraft, a Maryland (K 1634) from 12 Sqn SAAF made it back to its LG.

One of the signals in the pack states he was admitted to 21 M.R.S, can some kind soul put me out of my misery and tell me what (obviously some form of medical facility) and where this was located please?

    Regards,
    Simon
