    Hi,

    No.81 OTU Whitley / Horsa incident solo Glider Lift.

    Horsa crashed soon after taken of killing pilot and 'other' Can anyone add any details to this please.

    How sure are you about the date? Colin Cummings' 'Though Without Anger' has Horsa LH384 of 81 O.T.U., hit house gable after trying to lose height and crashed on the perimeter track at Sleap on November 10th 1944. Staff Sergt Hayden [sic - Hadyn] Reginald BROWNE [7620222] killed.
