There is extensive narrative on the reverse on cause and blame so this card will have been subject to periodic revision making it less likely that an admin error on recording serial would go uncorrected.

Would you deduce that SS Cars Ltd as a CRO was tasked to look at N1508 and the decision then made to write it off?
