    Hi Andy,

    On 4/7/44 only one F1180 archived for No.10 OTU.

    A in bold correcting first letter originally recorded.

    AD690

    There is extensive narrative on the reverse on cause and blame so this card will have been subject to periodic revision making it less likely that an admin error on recording serial would go uncorrected.

    Thanks, so it seems that BD690 never actually saw any service for some reason.

    Just realized that the line above “SS CARRS [sic]” appears to read 4 MU. Would that be the unit that brought in SS Cars?
