    Default Air 81 report for AE426 ?

    Hello,
I am looking for the Air 81 report for Hampden I, AE426.
So far cannot find it. Was there an Air 81 for this loss?
    Thanks
    Alex

I've had a search Alex and I cant find it, either searching all 408 Squadron, or all April 1942 or even searching by the names of Romas or Alderdice.
    cheers PeteS

    Thank you Peter,
From my search I found that not every loss/accident got to be given an Air81 number. Much like the American MACR, which for one reason or another some of their losses did not get an MACR report. Not that I am suggesting that the Air81 and MACR's are equivalent to the other.
Many thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
    Alex

It may be a late out of sequence registration - so maybe in future release or missing or lost or overlooked
