Checking CWGC registers found another airman sofar missing in my files. Hard to believe despite a unit was given. What was the cause of death and what the place of death registration for Sgt (WOp/Ag) Stanley C. TOMPSETT - 914760 - 75 Sqn (Wellingtons, Mildenhall, Suffolk).
Regards,
Henk.
Sgt S C Tompsett listed DOAS in Aug 7th magazine, strange with him having the trade listed.
Can't seem to raise his name in Eng, Wal or Scot?

Doh!
Stanley C THomsett, (note H in surname) was registered in the Norwich Outer district in Norfolk in Q3 of 1941. This would make add up with the unit being based at Feltwell.
