    MALTA
WARD, Bertie Duncan - LA Fitter(E) - SFX.124 - ADM 104 has the code 1 under Cause of Death which means 'Killed in Action'. His place of death is recorded as Malta.

    The https://www.naval-history.net/xDKCas1941-01JAN.htm website records:

    Illustrious, bombing
WARD, Bertie D, Leading Air Fitter (E), FAA/SFX 124, DOW

SERCOMBE, Anthony Davis - LA - FX.80604 - I can't see an entry for him in ADM104, and the Naval History website just has 'Died'.

The National Probate Calendar has Anthony Dennis Sercombe, died January 31 1941 at Hogs Back, Warborough, Guildford.
