Thanks for the trouble. I messaged Lee Richards on Friday but have yet to hear back.

No trouble logging into my @RCRE account.
Lee did experience file request probs re the TNA IT glitch for recently opened files, back in Jan...no news on that yet.
I have several requests with him which remain pending, one of them caught up in the glitch.
Timing is not an issue for me, its my 1940 BDF fishing.
As it can take several weeks for him to complete requests, no news from him since end Jan is not too worrying.
So I do hope all is well, Lee Richards is very helpful and @RCRE is a good service.
Postscript:
For completeness, today rec'd @RCRE notice re one of my pending file requests, downloaded same.
As for the user registration problem Bruce encountered, trust it is easily resolved.

Didn't think of this earlier, I'm sorry.
My PC is Windows 10, with Firefox as the default browser, and Microsoft Edge as "reserve" browser, all fully up-to-date.
So I went to the ARCRE Document Copy Service page and clicked the Login or register new account link to find as follows.
The Register link is not working.
Firefox: gives a completely blank page.
Edge: gives this message
"This page isn't working at the moment
www.arcre.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
A 500 error means it isn't your machine, and not mine either: it's a server problem of some sort at @RCRE.
Seems trying another machine will not work either...
I'll write to Lee shortly, let him know, and report back here.

Received an email from Lee. He had a dose of Covid.
Regarding a new registration he wrote me :
The new user registration is temporarily disabled pending completion of a new website. Meanwhile I'm taking orders from new users via email.
