"2-19-1941,El Paso,Texas. A Lockheed Hudson(A-29), one of ten in a shipment to Great Britain, crashed into a radio tower two miles from the Municipal Airport at El Paso, Texts. The Hudson had just taken off from El Paso and was en route from Lockheed factory in Burbank, California to Canada. The cause of the crash was determined to be the Pilots failure to seethe radio tower. The two civilian ferry Pilots killed were Pilot Marino Guglielmetti, 42 Petaluma, California and Co-pilot Robert McKee, 30 Spokane,Washington."

Hudson -T9450 - ATFERO - A take off accident at St.Hubert Airport, QC. Two American and one Canadian were killed.
The airplane was on a delivery flight from California to England via Canada, carrying three crew members. Shortly after takeoff from Montreal-Saint Hubert Airport, the airplane went out of control and crashed, bursting into flames. All three occupants were killed.
