Can anyone help put a full name and s/n to a P/O Timmins who joined 38 Squadron in July 1940.

Hi Chaz, maybe just a long shot but between 1938 and July 1940 there is only one Timmins being commissioned as P/O:

Tom Eric TIMMINS (79164)

According to our forum he is identical with this one:

AIR81/4827 Pilot Officer T E Timmins, Pilot Officer C N Walker, Sergeant P R Peart, Sergeant A S Roberts, Sergeant R Cain, Sergeant W E Griswold: killed; aircraft accident, Wellington T2956, Reserve Squadron Stradishall, 8 January 1941.

Unfortunately I have no prove of P/O T. E. Timmins being posted from 38 Sq to 214 Sq but as there were some other inthe 214 Sq ORB it seems to me as possible...
