Aircraft Apprentice Frank Bethel Forster 564619 of RAF Halton died on the operating theatre Princess Mary Hospital, Halton on I believe 21 April 1931
Death to syncope, accelerated by the administration of an anaesthetic, aggravated by a condition of status lymphaticus

A family tree exists on Ancestry can his date of death be confirmed as 21 April 1931 ? and he has a burial record as well - Can his place of burial be obtained ? Thanks Paul

The inquest into his death was reported at great length in the Essex Newsman of Saturday April 25th 1931, and it records that he had died 'on Tuesday' which would make it April 21st. The inquest was held the next day.

Confirmed by a copy of the death certificate on a family tree. He was buried on April 25th 1931 at Felsted Holy Cross Church, Essex.
