Tom,
Albert Eli Nelson. From his obituary it would appear he was commissioned but I don't have the number.

Seeking to further ID the following two 124 Sqn. pilots:
W/O Albert E. Nelson RCAF R60066 (middle name? Was he ever commissioned?)
P/O A. G. Russell - He was posted in during May 42 from 53 OTU and posted out 21 Oct. 42 for overseas duties. There was a F/L A. G. Russell with 229 Sqn. on Malta in May 43 (that fits with the "overseas duties") as well as a F/L A. G. Russell with 132 Sqn. in July 44. These may or may not all be the same individual. Two possibilities are 745042 Anthony Gerald Russell (120491) [who had served briefly during the BoB with 43 and later 145 Sqns.] and 1376331 Arthur George Russell (115544). The latter had been a Sgt. pilot in 132 Sqn. in Oct. 41 as per the following:

Thanks for any insights,
Tom
