HI Matt,
Sorry I was away on two weeks vacation..I did a check through the booklets and there is no page for Dhubalia.
I'm collecting images and graphics for a book that, in part, is the memoir of Austrailan wireless op/air gunner Roy Andrews, who flew the second half of his 215 Squadron Liberator tour of ops (35 ops, total, were flown on his tour) from DHUBALIA airfield, located about 60 miles north of Calcutta.
Jagan, in the past, sent me some fascinating Air Route Information graphics from late in the war, each one being for a separate RAF airfield. Unfortunately, said Jagan to me last night, he does not have the Dhubalia one.
What I am looking for, for the book, is a simple plot of Dhubalia's single runway and its taxiways (just like the graphics I've seen for many other India and Burma airfields). This graphic is only part of what would be Dhubalia's Air Route Information compilation, but it is what I most desire. DOES ANYONE HAVE DHUBALIA?
If I get the desired graphic from anyone, he or she will be named in the Acknowledgements section at the beginning of the book, and also I will gladly credit the person at the end of the image's caption.
Thanks in advance.
HI Matt,

You and I have been in email contact, Jagan, so you know that I appreciate your search for me and understand that there is no Air Route Information page in your booklets for Dhubalia. I just wanted to post a public acknowledgement for your efforts, nearly five months after your posting. I've been very fortunate in acquiring all high resolution photos and graphics, for free (with no printing/user fees, either) for the book, and the manuscript and all the photo captions (with a credit for each) are already written. Now it's just a matter of obtaining a publishing contract and running with it. Just. (Of course, there is much work left!) Although I never acquired the Air Route Information Dhubalia plot I hoped for, I am satisfied with the cropped and enhanced 1944 aerial photo showing Dhubalia's RAF airfield that I found and digitally photographed at the US National Archives.
