TONKIN Thomas Alfred - ADM 104 on ancestry.co.uk records that he died at the Military Hospital, Netley, which is what the card says, by the look of it. He's recorded as being an A.C.1 and attached to H.M.S. Furious.

His Form 434 is on FMP, and records that he was born on December 12th 1906 at Southampton. He entered the R.A.F. on January 30th 1923 as a Boy, aged 16 years and 41 days. He was reumustered in December 1924 as "A.A. (A.C.2 A.C.H.) u/t turner" and remustered again on January 7th 1926 as a turner, reclassified A.C.1.

    Regards

    Simon

EDIT - you may want to put his surname in the thread title?

He's under "Piece 111: Registers of Reports of Deaths: Ships (1918-1930)" and on page 650 of the Register, under 'Various' and record number 134/29.
