    Default 17th November 1918 Deaths Causes

    Can anyone from Service Records or pension records please determine cause of death of the following 2 airman on 17th November 1918

    1) Air Mechanic 1st Class George Frances STEPHENS 22875 Fitter (General) with No 26 Sqn and is buried in Kensal Green (St Mary's) Roman Catholic Cemetery.

    2) Corporal Herbert William DUTCHMAN 148975 Died at Connaught Hospital Aldershot whilst serving as a Clerk (Pay) with the Central Pay Wing and is buried in Farnborough (Victoria Road) Cemetery

    1. Air Mechanic 1st Class George Frances STEPHENS 22875 - his Dependent's Pension card on fold3.com records that he died due to Infliuenza and Nephritis.

    2. Corporal Herbert William DUTCHMAN 148975 - nothing on his Pension card, nor on his A.M. Form 175.
