Figg's death is recorded in Q2 1941 in Newcastle upon Tyne. An Arthur Figg age 6 is recorded at Westcott in Buckinghamshire in the 1901 census, with parents' names matching those on the CWGC register (Ellen rather than Ellan) and he is buried at Westcott. Flight Global records Figg as DOAS in issue 1488 of 3rd July 1941.

No info on unit or cause of death.

    Regards,

    David

    Hi Henk
Glaisher(no C on Cwgc or the register) was registered at Bridgend,Glamorgan,S Wales and is buried at Llantwit. This is the right area for RAF St Athan and the cemetery was used for burials from that station. His wife came from Cornwall so he wasn't taken to her home town for burial.
    Regards
    Dick

Thanks Dick. Correct, GLAISHER (not GLAISCHER); my typo. Just finished last register for U.K., one left to check, the Irish Republic. Next big job will be the cemeteries for France, so no boring time.
    Regards,
    Henk.
