I don't seem to find Starkey Scotland either. Perhaps northern Ireland, if we had access to registers.
Correction, Ernest Proctor age 31 is in Blackpool district for Q1, same as Cpl. Gill but they are not in the same Fligth Casualty listing.

Re Starkey
I have this on him
John STARKEY
Sergeant 350652
Royal Air Force
Died in England on Thursday 19 February 1942
John was born in Walsall, the son of John and Mary Starkey.
He was married to Violet Boonham at Walsall in 1937 and resided in the Shelfield area.
John died at 40 years of age and was cremated at Birmingham (Perry Barr) Crematorium.
Whilst the Commonwealth War Graves Commission records his date of death as 1942, the death register in Ancestry states that it was 1943.
regards,
Graeme
Thanks Graeme; will amend my files.
Regards,
Henk.

Hello
AC2 Ernest PROCTOR - 1510325 - the Burnley Express of February 25th 1942 reported the following:
R.A.F. Man's Suicide
"Suicide, there being no evidence of the state of the mind at the time," was the verdict at a Blackpool inquest, last Friday, on Ernest Proctor (31), of Towneley Street, Burnley, who was found with his throat cut in the bathroom of a house in Exchange Street, Blackpool, on Thursday afternoon.
Phyllis Proctor said her husband had been run-down since he joined the forces. She saw him last on Sunday, when he visited home.
