Thanks Al & Dick. Could BILTON be matched to Oxford AS477 ?
Regards,
Henk.
Hi Henk
Bilton could be a match with AS477, as Brinkworth is in the Chippenham reporting area

Dick
Trimm is DOAS in July 8th Fligth magazine. He is given as F/O rank in the magazine.
DIED ON ACTIVE SERVICE.— A/C.2 A. O'Mara: Fligth 13 aug 42 magazine, faintly scanned page
KOAS - A/C.l A N. Tracey from Flight magazine Aug 27 1942
Henk, for most of the men from this date onwards your likely to find them in the Fligth_AS1942-2.pdf file we created. The second half of 1942.

Andrew N Tracey age 31 Chippenham, Wiltshire Q2
Dick, which site do you use for your registrations, a search for Tracey in Q2 on ancestry.com does not give a return only because there is a hand amendment on that page and they annoyingly have that ammendment name Toynton as the last name on that page, where as its really Tracy, I.e. Toynton, Tozer, Tracey, Tracy

Thanks Dennis for additioal info. I always check both Flight files for 1942.

Henk.
Thanks Dennis
The extra amendments always throw the Ancestry search engine. I usually pick it up but this time I didn't do the full check, year-qtr-initial then a guess at the image no for the letter combination you need.
Dick
Hi Henk
With Tracey also registered at Chippenham it might connect him to Bilton and Oxford AS477

Dick
