I can't match a Ronald Leslie in Scotland but it must be a spelling mistake, there are no Leslies turning up in Dalkeith or Islay districts?

Regarding LAC Eric William HALE, 255 Squadron Association currently has the following on file: "HALE, Eric William, Leading Aircraftman, RAFVR, Service Number 1232490, age 20, died at Warwick Hospital 14.Oct.1942 in consequence of a brain injury sustained the previous day when he fell off a pedal-cycle. Death Registration: "HALE, Eric W, age 20, Warwick 6d 855, Dec.Qr.1942", not duplicated in RAF WW2 register. Buried at New Southgate Cemetery, London, section AC grave 2222. Son of Harry Arthur HALE and the late Nellie Sarah HALE née MACK of 93 Sutton Road, Muswell Hill, London N10. Other fatalities in the same incident: None."

Does anyone have a transcript of the Inquest, or any information as to whether the incident took place on or off-base?
