In addition to Jolly in AW384 at Kilochan Castle the death register records the names of George Lunn, Frederick S Fisher and George Maguire.

Thanks friends for all your help. For sure missing info on status and registration of remaining airmen may follow from Dennis once he has found more time.

I think the crew of AW384 were missed from the casualty listings, I cannot find Jolly under the RNZAF men for example.

Fisher, MaGuire, Lunn and Jolly on that aircraft. KOAS I'd guess.

The Sgt. A E Brown 'Missing' that you found is probably Sgt. A E Brown 1027778 of 103 Squadron buried in Holland.

were there other deaths in ANson DJ628 I wonder?

Just found Mallett and Mason! KOAS in the February 11th magazine:
    Scanned as J. Mallet; P/O. J. W. Marshall; P/O. T.
    Mason; P/O. F. Mayes; Set. R. E. Newsoo:
    L.A/C. C. H. Nield; Sgt.
    Dennis Burke

    Hi Henk
None of the names you added in post 9 was in the England &Wales register
    Blackmore is on Runnymede
Charman is in Chorley Vol 3 as lost on a Gardening op on Stirling R9201 of 15 Sqn on 6/11/42. He is buried with the rest of the crew in France
    Cairns is also on Runnymede
Simpson may be a possible for the Anson as he was an Obs u/t and is buried in Pwllheli in Wales but is not on the register,
Edit:- with the correction of Simpson's first name, given in the next posts, Simpson,19, is registered at Pwllheli
    Regards
    Dick
