What were the places of death registration for:
A - Died on active service:
Cpl Richard ROBERTS - 1524115 - age 33, and
Cpl Edmund W. WHEELER - 933363 - age 29.
B - Not found in Flight archives:
G/Cpt Frederick G. SHERIFF - OBE - MC (probably died in RAF Hospital Cosford).
C - Looking ONLY for the place of death registration of ACW1 Marguerite B. BURGGE - 2014522, based at Tangmere; I've all info on the sad unnatural death of this lady.
D - Furthermore looking for GRO-listing of:
F/Lt Harold W. AVES - 63999 - buried Bône War Cem., Algeria, who died of wounds or injuries received on active service, and
F/Sgt Frederick M. PAGE - 974033 - buried Nassau War Cem., Bahamas, who died on active service.

Marguerite Burge,22,as Dennis says is registered at Chichester in the 2nd Qtr of 1943.If you have her death as unnatural then the delay probably springs from a Coroner's or Police investigation,perhaps both

Ser. 2 1/2 yrs.
D. Horton Hosp, Epsom, from natural causes, 31 Jan., '43.
G/Cpt Frederick G. SHERRIFF - the National Probate Calendar confirms that he died at Cosford.
ACW1 Marguerite B. BURGE - 2014522 - her death was widely reported in the press at the time. For the record, she was found with severe head injuries and stab wounds in a hedge near Goodwood, and died soon afterwards in hospital in Chichester. On July 10th 1943, Charles Arthur Raymond, a French-Canadian soldier, was executed at Wandsworth Prison for her murder.

UPGRADE to David Leslie Thompson Wilson J 13633, a Pilot attached to 31 OTU at RCAF Debert, he died in the Camp Hill hospital, Halifax of lymphatic leukaemia
Richard Rec Roberts 1524115 , died in RAF Hospital Cosford of pneumonia
