    Default 430516 - Unaccounted airwoman and airmen - 16-5-1943

    What were the places of death registration for:

    A - Not found in Flight Global:
    AC1 Joseph J. CARTER - 1173720 - age 34, and
    AC1 Charles HERDMAN - 1544648 - age 37.

    B - Died on active service:
    AC1 Gwilym S. JONES - 1538260;
    AC2 Edwin T.W. WHITE - 2207201, and
    ACW1 Lavinia B.E. WILTON - 2003603.

    Herdman is DOAS in July 22nd magazine, scanned as A/0.1 C Herdnian found manually.

    No site of Carter however.

    AC2 Edwin T.W. WHITE - 2207201, died in hospital in East Yorkshire.

    Lavinia Beatrix Eileen Wilton 2003603 , a wireless operator attached to Dunstable WT station, died in Drummond Ward of St. George's hospital, Hyde Park Corner, London, of thyrodtoxicosis and primary Graves disease .

    I suspect that Arnold Greenleaves Onley 118358. Who died on the day prior in North Africa Did not die in 617 squadron Lancaster ED887 flown by Dinghy Young over Germany the following day .

    Edwin Thomas William White 227201 | attached to RAF Driffield | died in Driffield Base hospital of acute appendicitis with peritonitis
